Mate…
I had to admit, I was curious.
Who the woman was, and what she looked like.
But the last thing that I expected from her was not to make a sound in my presence.
Hell, the woman didn’t even call for help, nor did she react to me being in front of her. It was as if she was just studying who I was, and was probably trying to figure out what I was doing in her room in the first place.
I walked out of the room, knowing not to make a sound so as not to catch anyone’s attention.
The fact that she had Batrov, the man’s right hand, being here to supervise her told me that she would be getting in trouble if anyone saw me walking out. But that made it even more intriguing for me to enjoy. To say the least, there was always a little more fun when it came to danger like this one.
