Chapter 76. Tenacity
Just then, I saw my aunt, at the door.
“Sister! They are coming for you! Let’s go!” She yelled through the door, and opening the window, they hopped on a cloud as they traveled away, leaving my father who was still in a daze.
The scenery shifted, and I felt my hands burning I wanted to destroy the mirror and the whole room. I cast my fire everywhere, and I yelled in pain, my eyes full of tears and sobbing uncontrollably.
If I had known what it was like for my mother, who had to forcefully leave my father just because of the danger, then I could have changed back in time to change the course of my life. How I lived through hell!
This scene in front of me was how my parents protected me.
How I wish I could have known this.
How I wish that I met my mother.
