“What– What was that?” Avena

“I’m sorry, maam” The driver apologized “I almost hit the— ” The sound of the door besides her opening almost made Avena’s heart jump out her mouth.

“Raphael?” Her eyes widened even more when she saw him standing before her.

“Hey, what are you doing?” She was even more shocked when he pulled her out the car.

“I should ask you that. What do you think you’re doing?” He growled.

“What do you mean?” Her brows furrowed “Look, I don’t have time for this, I have to go” She started to walk away when he grabbed her hand, stopping her from leaving. “Avena—“

“Let go of me please”

“Atleast, look at me” His pleading voice came.

“No,” Avena refused, her back was faced to him “Just let me go”

“Raphael,” Avena bit down on her lips “Please, please let me go. I have to leave” She pleaded, and blinked hard to stop the stupid tears that lled her eyes from falling.
