He was about to kiss me again but was interrupted by the sound of his phone ringing. He reached into his pockets and pulled it out and I barely caught a glimpse of the name.

I smiled at him and pushed the phone closer to his chest.

“You should take it. It's probably very important.”

He gave me a quick kiss on the forehead and answered the call.

“What is it?”

“Hello to you too, André. What a lovely way to say ‘good morning’. Anyway, I stopped by and got the DNA test results between Nicole and Olivia that you asked for. It's ready. I'm with the results, and I will deliver them to you as soon as I get to the mansion.”

“Alright. I'll see you soon.”

The call ended, and I looked at him.

“Was that the research institute?”

He shook his head.

“No. It's Doran. He called to tell me that the results for the DNA test are ready, and he's bringing them here.”
