Chapter 62. Finally Leaving

Olivia's POV

I had breakfast with André in his room, and I glanced over at him. He stopped eating and gave me a little smile.

"Ummm... I am going to be staying quite late in school. I need to do something with some new friends.”

André's smile quickly disappeared, and he looked quite stern and concerned.

“Who is this friend in question? It's Jaxon, isn't it?”

I saw his possessiveness begin to bubble, but I giggled and tried to look as unsuspicious as possible.

“No, I made some new friends. One is Emily, and the other is Victoria.”

Now that I mentioned two girls’ names, his frown quickly disappeared and was replaced with the kind smile that I always knew.

“Nice. That is very nice. I am so proud that you are making friends and getting to know people.” Clearly, he was relaxed that I wasn't going to see another male.
