Far from his usual expressionless and grumpy expression because the next thing I heard him say felt like “I love you! I fucking love you, why do you have to make me say it when everyone knows it!”

I stared at him deadpan, reading his expression to see if he was lying. I could feel his alpha pheromones oozing, he was letting it all out to make me feel and it feels suffocating. I feel like it chokes me, not letting me breathe.
