Jaxon POV

It’s been days of restless movements. I had been buried in the demands of my pack, too consumed by the endless planning and discussions to even think about anything else. Every second, every minute, was either for meetings, strategy sessions, and calls. The festival was fast approaching, and my responsibilities were piling up. I had no time to breathe, no time to think about anyone but the pack.

But now, finally, I had a moment of silence. A small window of peace.
