Chapter 55. Testing Candidates

Leia's POV

I woke up feeling fresh, and the voice in my head stopped as I drifted to sleep and rolled out of bed. The door opened to find my mates walking in. Kai was holding the breakfast tray, and Xavier held a dress for me in hand, and I raised an eyebrow at them.

"Good morning," I muttered, and they smiled in return, saying their greetings and kissing my forehead one by one. "What a special occasion," I asked.

"You must have breakfast and get ready to meet the new candidates," Xavier said, showing me the gowns and his muscular muscles flexing in a half t-shirt without his intention of showing off. I gulped, seeing his strong arms and the beautiful dress in his hands showing it off.

"Do you like it?" Xavier asked in a husky purr, and I blushed, as he noticed my eyes trailing his body. Kai scoffs with jealousy at placing the breakfast in front of me, and I chuckle at Kai's fake pout.
