Chapter 122
Gabby’s POV
The moon shone brightly casting its silver rays on the sea as it’s waves crashed. My eyes trailed up to the sky to see the sea gulls fluttering their wings as they flew, their caws filled the sky resonating in the atmosphere. I felt the breeze blow gently against my skin and sweep through my blonde locs as I pushed my toes into the cool sound feeling the grains beneath my feet.
Tonight wasn’t particularly quiet as there was a bonfire at the beach resort. Everyone had been invited. They said it was an avenue for the guests to socialize even if the sole purpose of them coming here was to get away from everyone and relax in peace.
‘Humans are weird,’ Hera had said when the Aiden told us about the invitation and they considered it somewhat disrespectful and unkind not to honor it.
