Licking her lips she looked into his eyes as he pulled back to stare down at her. All she would need to do was beg, and her heart’s desire would be for her. What would she do? Jason didn’t know if he’d pushed too far. She was begging him.

His wolf was pushing against the walls of their bodies ready to mate. He knew without a shadow of a doubt that Daniella was the woman he’d bitten. The one woman he was supposed to be with for the rest of his life.

She was his mate. His father had confirmed it after their time together in the study.

Holding himself off her, Jason waited. What would it take for her to give herself to him?

‘You were the one who made her a toy.’

He couldn’t take back that moment. Jason knew he wouldn’t have felt her in his arms if he hadn’t thrown out the ultimatum. He didn’t know what he would have done when he got to her that night. There was no way he would have killed her. Did she even realize the power she had over him?
