Katherine Packard-Kavell sighed as she got into bed. It had been a long day at work, at home and also at Tim’s school.

A long day at work because she had a big birthday party she was catering and she and her team had to bake hundreds of cupcakes. She hated doing things at the last minute and so she had pushed her staff so they could work harder and faster.

Sometime during the day, she had to leave her store to pick up her three year old daughter Deanie Packard from school. She would have loved to drop Deanie off at her mom’s house so she could go back to work without any distraction, but today was clearly not her day as her mother was out of town, and so she had to bring Deanie back to the store with her… And it wasn’t easy trying to work with a little kid around… Trying to work while keeping an eye on a kid wasn’t easy.
