Diya at Unexpected Place

Shourya’s PoV

Two days passed by without Diya beside me. I am missing her to hell. She didn’t call me at least once. Adding to my frustration, those subordinates who gave statements in my favor changed their words before the inquiry officer. Dad and mom tried to help me, but I refused.

After two days, the inquiry officer declared all complaints were fake, as everyone withdrew their grievances. I felt gratified but confused at the same time as I didn’t understand how they retreated their complaints. I informed mom and dad of this good news.
