Chapter 189. Exit

With this final spell, the necromancer was able to cast his curse on the entire village, killing everyone within ten miles of his residence. Many people were unable to resist the spell’s effect. Their bodies turned into the undead, which spread rapidly throughout the forest and the land beyond. They attacked anyone passing by, even innocent children.

Necrozma was found dead in his library, murdered during his own experiments by one of his students.

Gylen’s heart aches at the thought of such an evil being killed. What sort of person could want such power? Is his teacher a murderer? Or has someone simply stolen his powers?

No, there’s no way this is happening. There must be another explanation. Perhaps someone else took the power of Necrozma? Or perhaps the spell was destroyed due to some mishap. Either way, Gylen is sure that the necromancer would not have allowed something like this to happen.
