Cairo, Egypt. 550 B.C.
The sun set in the west, casting orange and yellow hues that blended with the soft evening atmosphere enveloping the desert landscape of Cairo, Egypt. A silhouette ran through this sandy place, and as it drew nearer to one of the dunes, the curvaceous outline of a girl became visible.
Nefertiti jogged through the tender, scorching sand. Her feet, covered in blisters, were sore and exhausted, burning like the flames of hell. Her chest heaved and fell irregularly; her heart raced faster than usual due to the effort it took to stay on her feet after so many hours.
Her hair, as black as the night, clung to her delicate face, soaked with sweat. Her physical appearance suggested that she could barely cope with her spirit, but when you looked into her eyes, her large, dark eyes resembling the very darkness itself, you could see a particular gleam in them, radiating fierceness, bravery, and determination.
