Chapter 82
“Let’s give the Lord a clap offering,” Pastor Alozie’s voice boomed beside me, which was accompanied by the clapping occupants in the church. Two prayer warriors rushed to my side and helped me to my feet before positioning the crutch under my right armpit.
I didn’t know if I was in a trance for a brief second or if anyone else saw it, but I knew I saw a purple book six inches from my face before it disappeared in a puff of purple smoke.
I came down from the altar and faced the prayer warriors, who all had beaming smiles on their faces and words of congratulations. Some even shook my hand and slapped my back.
“I’ve given Mr Adefarasin the keys to my SUV… he’ll take you and your sister home to rest…congratulations once again.” Pastor Alozie said.
“Thank you, sir,” I looked around the church and thought for a minute, I was in heaven.
