After an hour of a silent car ride, they arrived at the state penitentiary. His lawyer was already there and he greeted both Seamus and Charlotte professionally. She was still quiet, visibly nervous though she let Seamus hold her hand and stood close to her. She listened as both men talked and they all waited for her dad.
