Chapter 7. Why Would I Use a Vibrator in the Office?

Zoe's POVThe door slammed shut as he banged it down. All my workmates were staring at Yuna and me. When the boss finally came out, the women ran to us while the men talked about what had happened.

Yuna looked at me and blinked as if she couldn't believe what had happened. Even I was stunned because I didn’t think Adams Freed would bother to come here just to hand over my stilettos. If a woman I worked with hadn’t spoken, I wouldn’t have come back to myself.

“Who is he talking about?! Are you, Yuna?!” My companion jumped up and down as if excited. “Your level of flirtation is different! It's reaching the rich!” She slapped Yuna's arm, so I looked at her.

The rest of us laughed because of what she did. I don’t know if I will ever move from my position because they will know I am what the Chief is referring to when I do that. I swallowed a few times, and Yuna was bombarded with questions. I just pretended to be carried away by people and pushed to get away from there.
