Chapter 99. It's Not a Problem
Aria's POV
As I went back to the cabin, I was greeted by a bear embrace from behind. Because of their size and form, I don't have to guess who this individual is; I recognize him or him immediately away. I came to a complete stop as his hand crawled toward my big stomach. He kissed the back of my neck and spoke in hushed tones.
"Can you tell me what happened?"
I hugged him on the arm because of his query. I brought it up to my neck and took a whiff of it. I owe a debt of gratitude to Lucas because, if it weren't for him, I'm not sure where my life would be right now. The thought of dealing with all that has transpired makes me feel sick. I'm not sure how I'm going to manage this. Fortunately, he came into my life, and I was reunited with myself. The folks I have wronged have forgiven me and accepted me back into their lives. He assisted me in coping with all that had happened. Perhaps Zoe was correct in her assessment of my situation. I don't have to carry anything
