Chapter 30
After the meeting, I was delighted when my best friend visited me at the office before lunch. Hajun was also dressed in one of his expensive suits and carrying his briefcase, so I figured he had probably come to see me because I was on his way back.
"What were you up to?" I asked after notifying Jun-Ho to order lunch for two people.
"I just came from a meeting. Can you believe my client managed to mess everything up?"
"What did she do?" I asked, laughing.
"I was close to reaching an agreement with her ex-husband; he was going to pay her four hundred thousand a month for alimony, but she found out he was already with someone twelve years younger than her, and she simply went berserk and scratched his Bentley Bacalar."
