Chapter 86. We're Live

“Want to hear a secret?” His lips kissed my neck from behind.

I nodded, catching a glimpse of his toes first, leading the way to stand before me.

Our eyes locked when I lifted my head. 

He took a step forward, and tucking my hair behind my ear, he leaned in, “I love your appetite.” 

I swallowed, adjusting my balance.

The room was warm, very warm, and there was a certain fragrance in the air…

“Perhaps your aphrodisiac incense plays a role,” my voice came out breathless.

He pulled back to stare in my eyes, “It’s all you, baby.”

“What scent is it?” I asked, rubbing my lips together as those bright hazel eyes pulled me in.

“Peppermint.” His lips touched mine lightly, the sensation activating flutters in my belly.

“We’ll play a little game, baby. Ready?”

I nodded eagerly and his smile widened. He turned, taking quick steps down the stairs. 

My eyes followed him as my bottom lip caught between my teeth.
