"Eve!"

Allan called Eve again this time with a little trot towards Eve.

Eve turned to Allan, though with a confused look on her face.

"Why, are you looking for something?" asked Allan, looking confused because he saw Eve who seemed to be looking for something.

Eve turned her head back to look for someone, but the person she was looking for was no longer there.

Eve looked around with her eyes, but found no one in front of her. Not even the old crone and her granddaughter who had just had a strange conversation with her.

"That..there was an old lady and her granddaughter..she said..said..." Eve exclaimed a little dazedly.

Allan also looked around for the person Eve was referring to. But he didn't find anything, he didn't even see if Eve was talking to someone.

"An old granny? Which old lady are you referring to? I don't see anyone around here? Did you just talk to her? Really? About what?" Allan looked at Eve with a slightly worried look
