Chapter 13

"Do you think she'll be okay?" Alicia asked May as they both walked out of Diane's school premises.

Ever since they enrolled Diane and dropped her off at her new school, Alicia hasn't stopped worrying, getting her to even leave Diane was a struggle, she was so worried about her and how she's going to be treated by the other kids, plus she was even worried that Diane might not be okay despite the fact that the little girl kept on insisting that she was fine, but still Alicia wouldn't stop worrying.

May mentally facepalmed herself, this felt like the millionth time Alicia is asking her the same question.

"How many times do I have to say this Alicia, Diane will be just fine and it's not like this is the first time she's attending school, didn't she go to school in London? Even Diane already told you that she'll be fine so can you please stop worrying already because you're making me want to hit you for the same question every time." May groaned in frustration.
