"What are you going to do now?" May asked.

"I already told him I lost the baby and my Diane isn't his, I'm never going to admit to the truth about Diane being his daughter because I don't want him in our lives, I need that man a million miles away from my daughter." Alicia replied, while ruffling her hair.

"I'm with you on this one, you shouldn't forgive him so easily, not after what he and his family did to you." 

Alicia was about saying something when Diane ran downstairs calling out to her.

"I'm done mommy."

When Alicia turned to look at her daughter, a bright smile graced her lips, Diane was looking so beautiful, her face was so full of joy, when Diane returned home from the school the first day, she was super excited and told her mother about the friends she made and how she loves her new school, now each time it's time for school, she's so excited and more than willing to resume.
