Chapter 73

Ashton and Alicia were finally done with their date and it was time to leave, when they got outside, Ashton wanted to open the door for Alicia but she stopped him.

"It's fine Ashton, I won't be going home now." She said and he looked at her.

"What? Why? Is something wrong?" He asked worriedly.

"No, everything is alright, I just don't feel like going home yet, I need to get some fresh air." 

"Well I can come with you, we can walk together, I'll just come back for the car later or ask someone to come get it.'' 

"You really don't have to do that Ashton, I enjoyed today's dinner and I'm grateful to you but I think I would like to be alone for a while. I hope you can understand." She said softly. "Please don't be mad at me."
