Chapter 25

Harris was bent on meeting with Bella that day though he had initially said that he was not going to over to her apartment but his mind could not stop bothering him to do so.

He was very disturbed and thinking about the possibility that she might have given the offer to someone else whereas he’s in news, which made him want to see her by all means. His breathing was going up and down and though he was not certain whether the offer was still available, he just wanted to meet with her so that he could be sure about not being a candidate again for the post.

He walked quickly as fast as his legal could carry him and not looking back, he was already at Bella’s building waiting just to walk into the reception hall to inquire whether she was at her flat but the enthusiasm was not in him.

“You can do it, man, it a not easy to do something like this but just think about your grandmother and everything will be okay,” he talked about it to himself. He wanted to meet with Bell
