I rushed through my shower and got dressed in a hurry, donning a peach and ivory dress that was knee-length and had a small string that tightened it at the waist, along with black kitten heels. I gave myself a quick once over in the mirror and gave myself a satisfied smile. My form, which had become more curvaceous because of my pregnancy, appeared more proportionate thanks to the dress, which drew attention to the appropriate places while concealing my expanding stomach. My locks, which were thankfully free of frizz, were curled gently around my shoulders.

Today is the day that Easton will be discharged from the hospital and I couldn't help but feel excited. I will never be away from him any longer.
