Chapter 91

Sofia’s POV

“Sofia.” The nurse called out.

I stood up and followed her through the familiar hall. The weeks had passed by so fast that it was already time for my six-week check-up. After I started finally feeling better everything else seemed to be getting better as well. We were getting more sleep as Scarlet was now awake a little longer. She just started to sleep through the night and that made me more relaxed.

The nurse led me into the room. She handed me a clipboard with a pen and a paper that had a questionnaire to fill out. It helped determine if postpartum depression had set in and how bad it may be.

“Have a seat and Dr. Frank will be in shortly. Fill this out as you wait please.” She smiled and then left the room.

I filled out the questionnaire honestly as I sat there. I waited a few minutes after I had finished the paper before the doctor knocked on the door and let himself inside.
