Amelia’s POV

My fingers flew across the keyboard, summarizing the report I’d been asked to turn in. Just as I hit save, a familiar shadow stretched across my desk.

“Amelia, swamped as always?” boomed Mark’s voice.

I glanced up, a smile tugging at the corners of my lips. “Something like that, but thankfully I just finished the last report for the day.”

Mark chuckled, leaning against the edge of my desk.

“That’s great because I have something I’d like you to work on. Would you like to prepare some interview questions?”

Intrigued, I leaned back in my chair. “Interview questions? For who?”

“Not who,” Mark corrected, “what? Atlantis.”
