Chapter 122. She’s Enjoying Herself

The couple seemed to dismiss her efforts to help with their wedding.

Puzzled, Penelope asked, "Why is she upset?" She looked at the dejected Grace, feeling a bit confused.

Warren smiled, fully aware of what was on Grace's mind. Grace had inherited her mother's style, which was a great opportunity for her to showcase it. With so many businessmen present today, she couldn't afford to miss this chance.

"Don't worry too much. Is your stomach still hurting?" Warren asked Penelope.

Penelope furrowed her brow and replied, "It hurts more after all the excitement. Warren, let's go home." She turned her head and gently rubbed his arm.

"Okay," he agreed.

When they returned home, Mrs. Brown immediately looked at Penelope's fingers. Seeing the diamond on her ring finger, she felt relieved.

Penelope told her, "I'll take a bath first, and please help me take care of Chris."

Warren added, "Just have a shower; don't take a bath."
