Chapter 40. Being Followed

Isabella’s POV

“At the kitchen? are you being serious? why then did you tell me the key is with you?” I asked Tommy

“I never said it’s on me, what I meant was that I’m in the custody of the key, don’t you get that?” He asked like I was disturbing him.

I didn’t know why he was behaving this way. He had been behaving quite weird from Friday night when we went out, seems like he saw someone whom he knew but he wouldn’t tell me who he saw.

“Fine, where would I find it in the kitchen?” I asked.

“Just search the kitchen, you would see it. can you please leave my room, I want to have some rest babe”.

He said and I pushed my tongue out to him. I didn’t like the way he told me to excuse him like I was irritating.

I walked out of his room straight to the kitchen, I searched for minutes but couldn’t find the key.

Where in the world could the key be? thought he said the key is in the kitchen and now, I can’t find it.
