Estefan's POV

Barging into Esteban's room, I met him getting ready for bed. "How dare she walk away from me?" I barked at him.

He sighed and sat on the bed. "Let me guess, Rhea didn't like the fireworks show you prepared." 

"No, she did. I could see the excitement in her eyes when she saw the fireworks up close but they vanished the moment she set her eyes on me and then she walked away from me without saying a word." My face was red with anger and embarrassment as I paced around the room.

"Understandably, she didn't say anything because she is still giving you the silent treatment, and I believe what she wants from you is not some fireworks show." He shrugged.

"She should have at least acknowledged my effort. I haven't done anything like that for any girl in the past seven years."
