Chapter 14. Shooting Star
Khushi's POV
After ascending the stairway and crossing the aisle with the help of the maids, I arrived at my room. The sight astounded me. The room was larger than the living room at my parents' house.
The white-painted room was adorned with a bookshelf on the right. Beside it were a designer study table and chair, a spacious bed in the middle of the room, and a couch opposite it. A window directly across from the door was draped with blue curtains. When the maids opened them, sunlight flowed in, illuminating the room.
I observed a closet on the left edge of the room. Opening it, I found it stuffed with all types of women's clothing, shoes, jewelry, and cosmetics.
I got a dress out of the wardrobe, and it seemed to be exactly my size. It reminded me of when a woman from Darsh's side asked for my measurements to make my reception gown before the wedding.
