Chapter 31. Stupid Woman
Samantha returned home.
Karen immediately walked over with an anxious expression. Upon seeing the bandage on Samantha’s head, the tears that she had barely held back immediately fell again.
“Samantha, what happened to you? How did you get hurt? I’m sorry, it’s all my fault. I shouldn’t have let you get hurt. If you can’t accept me being with Justin, I can cancel the wedding.”
Samantha quietly observed her.
Her eyes were red and swollen from crying, her face was weary, and her concern was genuine and urgent.
