Chapter 42. Enduring the Pain

Hearing such an enthusiastic opening, Mia smiled. Needless to say, Katniss Johnson seemed intrigued by the CEO.

“So, would you be willing to share information about Julian? I don't want to be matched with the wrong guy,” the model whispered as if she didn't expect it.

Not knowing what to say, Mia nodded with a smile that resembled a grimace. Assuming that the secretary agreed, Katniss immediately brought her index finger under her chin.

“Then, can we start with the first question? I wonder if Mr. Julian is the type of guy who gets close to a lot of women or not.”

Without thinking, Mia shook her head. "No, Miss. Mister Julian is the type of loyal man who respects women."

"Is that true? Does it mean he's never slept with a girl?"

Getting such a clear question, the secretary's lips suddenly trembled without a word. Her eyes flickered stiffly under the arches of the tense brows.

"Has he?" Katniss deduced the answer from Mia's expression.
