Chapter 15

It was four pm in the afternoon and Axel was driving me home. I sat quietly in the passenger seat and I could feel his eyes burning holes into my body. I swear if I opened my mouth I would end this whole relationship right here, right now. I know I always say that communication is the key to a healthy relationship, but Axel is barely communicating with me. Instead, he was communicating with his ex-girlfriend.

I barely slept last night and when I woke up he was busy texting someone on his phone.

When I asked him who he was texting so early in the morning his response was ‘just a

friend.’ My blood was boiling because I knew who the ‘friend’ was. It was like there was a volcano inside of me ready to erupt. Why would he need other friends when I have twenty other personalities he could be friends with? I don’t understand guys, honestly.
