Chapter 208. Pass Out

Amber was planning to move back to the Black family. However, she did not expect Rodney to call her that night. He told her that he had seen Channing being admitted to the hospital and asked if she planned to visit him.

Amber had happened to see Channing on TV the day before, attending a meeting in the province. Channing seemed energetic then. He didn’t look sick. Why would he suddenly be hospitalized?

She recalled the time when Channing had pretended to be sick and hospitalized. Amber had a hunch that something must have happened to Channing during his meeting in the province, so he pretended to be sick again. She didn’t take it to heart.
