Chapter 440. Unstable Fetus

“I feel relieved seeing you laugh.” Then, Johnathan stood up, stretched his waist and legs, jokingly said, “My legs were numb just now!”

Looking at Johnathan who did everything to make her happy, Serena felt extremely bitter.

Later, Serena stayed in the hospital for several more days, and Johnathan hired a caregiver for her. When he was not there, the caregiver would take care of her.

One day, Serena was lying on the hospital bed wearing a patient gown. Johnathan had just returned from court and was sitting in front of the bed peeling an apple for Serena.

“When can I be discharged?” Serena had been driven crazy by staying in this all-white ward.

“The doctor said your fetus is unstable and needs to be observed for a few more days.” Johnathan replied, looking up.
