Lucan’s POV

“Yeah man! You missed the match of the millennium!” Kael joined in.

“I had pack business to attend so I had gone back home and returned back before the break of the dawn,” I shrugged.

Suddenly the air seemed to be filled with the delicious smell of lavender, alluring me to the women’s basketball court where every boy seemed to be gawking at the center of the court as the crowd cheered away.

I ignored the lustful stares of the girls towards me and made my way through the crowd to see what the big deal was.

Everyone parted into two groups as I walked in.

I could see the top 5 players of our school huddled together in a circle with no other players in sight on the court.
