Ryder’s POV

“No one touches my mate,” I coldly stated as I watched my mate put up a defiant defence in front of the ghastly villain.

San gasped and so did Zang.

“And who are you, you pitiful human?” Zang asked amused as he turned around.

“Your nemesis,” I replied. “Now leave my mate alone before you regret this,” I spoke through gritted teeth.

Zang pushed away San harshly from him and tsked.

“Tch. Tch. Tch. San, this is YOUR soulmate?! This human here called you his mate. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA,” he laughed hysterically and San seemed even more heart broken as she watched Zang walk in my direction.

“Mate thinks we can’t fight this self obsessed moron here,” Titan whimpered through the mindlink. “She thinks we are weak,” he added woefully.

“She cares for us. That is why buddy,” I pacified him and that made him cheer up as he thumped around in my head making me chuckle inwardly.
