Chapter 36. Meeting the In-Laws

San’s POV

I woke up in a strangely unfamiliar but cozy comfortable place which was filled with Ryder’s delicious scent and when I peered below the sheets, I found myself wearing just an oversized male t shirt which screamed of Ryder’s essence.

“.… how dare you trap my daughter in law in your room the entire night without letting her meet me or let her eat something,” a strong female voice chided someone.

“She is exhausted, mom and I can not scare her away by letting her meet my crazy siblings and parents,” my mate’s familiar voice responded back in an annoyed but cutely possessive tone.

“Oh, shut up, Ryder. We are not gonna do anything to frighten her,” the female voice replied indignantly. “We are only going to embarrass you,” she continued and then fits of laughter followed suit.

“MOMMMM!!!!” Ryder screamed and then added, “I seriously hate you, guys. I am not going to let you guys see my mate ever and I will solely monopolize her,” he harrumph
