Chapter 56. Déjà Vu

Ryder’s POV

“It has been 10 fucking days, Ryder. Why are you acting like a kid? I can clearly see that it is killing you both to stay away from each other. Just stop hurting yourself and your mate and let it go. You are being very immature as always,” Chester scolded while trying to knock some sense into me.

I knew I was being mean to her again.

But she keeps pushing my buttons.

How can I stay laid back in such situations?

Ugh. Everything is so infuriating.

“I need to go to the washroom to wash my hands, Chester. Wanna go with me?” I asked as we turned round the corner.

“Yeah me too! After that let’s have lunch in the uni cafeteria. I don’t feel like going for the rest of the classes empty stomach,” Chester replied.
