“I see the other women don’t mess with Blade and don’t come near you,” Raine questioned Carmen.

“I earned their fear. When Blade first made me his Old Lady, I had a couple giving me grief,” Carmen explained.

“So, what did you do?” Raine asked.

“I cut the main bitch!” Carmen explained.

“What? Did you kill her?” Raine asked.

“Nah. I just sliced her cheek. She lived. Sometimes you have to make a grand stand, ya know. Make an example out of one of those bitches!” Carmen laughed.

“Yeah, I’m beginning to realize that. But I couldn’t cut anyone,” Raine replied.

“You just have to find what works for you,” Carmen replied. “Are you the only Old Lady?”
