It's up to the two weeks he asked me to wait to see Rowan. Throughout these two weeks, I've been worrying about his whereabouts, not because I'm really concerned but because I hate mystery. I don't like being placed in suspense especially when it has to do with me. Rowan is the prospective Alpha and here I am ready to be crowned in just a few days, everything is set. How is it gonna be when I meet Rowan , will I even see him?

Gray walks into my office which has been set and everything in place. Carla is by my side, seated beside me being Beta's mate. I wished Eric had a mate also, she would be right here. Sisters-in-law!

I gestured to the seat before me, I asked him to come with Beatrice, so she is right beside him, seated but her head is held low. I gasp, widening my eyes in shock upon sighting her. I wanted to keep quiet and ignore it but I just couldn't. Her lifestyle is suspicious.

"Beatrice, what happened to your pregnancy. I thought you
