Camille’s POV

The council had agreed to my request of course and they had called upon all the members of the pack to assemble. The anticipation was palpable as everyone waited for their new Alpha to be introduced, me.

I stepped forward with a proud smile and I was then formally introduced to the pack as their new Alpha.

The members of the pack stared at me, some with anger, some not that angry, some trying to work with me being their new Alpha, just different emotions.

I addressed the pack, my voice strong and steady. “It is an honor to be your new Alpha. I promise to protect and lead you all with fairness and respect. I will strive to make our pack a close-knit family, and I will work hard to ensure that all of our members are taken care of. I know some of you would probably hate me or dislike me, whatsoever because your still loyal to your late Alpha Aiden and I killed him but please let that not cloud our beautiful minds.
