There was no room for argument as they agreed. They all called it a night as everyone departed, going into their rooms. Marcellus and his mate freshened up and laid in bed in each other arms.
The both of them laid in bed, holding each other closely. The moon shone brightly outside, casting a soft glow over the room. But inside, there was only darkness and sadness.
