Alpha Aiden’s POV

It’s been 2 years since Camille left and those years have been hard for me. I stood my ground, but I still missed her. I can still remember the way her scent lingered on my skin and the feel of her mouth and body against mine.

I’ve tried to keep myself busy, leading my pack and keeping them safe. But no matter how hard I try, I can’t shake the feeling of guilt that has taken root in my heart. I know I am the one who made her leave. I hated her at that time or so I thought, I pushed her away with my coldness and my harsh words and with my treatments. I’ve never stopped looking for her but I never found her either.

I sat in my office, lost in thought. The weight of my responsibilities as alpha of the Two Moons Pack weighed heavily on me, not that I was really complaining. Just as I was about to lose myself completely in my thoughts, my beta, Liam, came into my office and interrupted me.

“Alpha, it’s time to leave. We have a meeting with
