Chapter 129. Surprise Appearance

Genevieve’s POV

The scenery was exactly as I had seen in my dreams. Dark clouds, black crows flying above our heads noisily, and the mist surrounding us. I could barely see anything. Everything looked absolutely the same and it sent shivers running down my spine.

"Where are we?" Nolan asked glancing at Owen and me. We lost consciousness lying down but we arrived here standing on our feet.

"It’s the same," I muttered.

"What’s the same?" Owen inquired curiously. I turned towards them averting my gaze from the crow sitting on top of a tree.

"I’ve seen this place before in my dreams," I confessed. We had to speak a little bit louder to hear each other. There was this eerie noise and I had no idea where it was coming from.

"In your dreams? When?" Nolan asked with a frown.
