Chapter 99. Uriel and Uriel's Past

Ava barked in laughter when she heard how Jaxon reacted. What she couldn't believe was the known ruthless and scary Alpha was acting like a jealous man who had stolen a mate. Veronica wasn't even flirting with Veron because she already knew what Veron's attention to her.

She crossed her hands and shook her head, making Jaxon stop angrily talking with her. He frowned because he couldn't understand why Ava was laughing at him.

“Alpha Jaxon, you are so dramatic. I can't believe you are acting this way because of my sister. She's too old and knows what she needs to do.” Ava commented and giggled. She couldn't believe that her plans worked so fast. She was thankful that Veron obeyed her, or else she wouldn't witness how Jaxon acted like a jealous Alpha because of Veron.

“You mentioned that he's a bastard and a lower one, but you are only acting that there's a chance that Veronica might fall in love with him. Well, let's see,” she added. Jaxon's nostrils widened in fury.
