Chapter 43. Amelia's Jealousy

Isla's POV:

I dreamed of Alpha Caden after Hayder had left me locked in the room. He was so angry and was about to kill Hayder when I woke up to the sound of a woman waking me up.

Her back was turned at me and I hissed in pain when the chain burnt me again. My wounds were healed and I could move properly.

"I brought you food. Would you like water first?" She asked vibrantly.

"Can you take me to the washroom? I really need to pee and clean myself."

Her smile vanished and she grew nervous.

"I won't make it difficult for you." I gave her a reassuring smile.

Well, it was the truth. I couldn't escape and neither did I have the power to fight them off.I could only wait for someone to rescue me.

"Do you promise?" She asked.

I gave her a nod and smiled to reassure her. She was so unsure of letting me out of the chains.
