Keira’s POV
I lay on my bed, staring up at the ceiling with my phone clutched in my good hand. I took a deep breath and hit the call button, praying that Clint would answer. After a few rings, he picked up.
“Hey, Keira,” Clint’s smooth voice came through the line, and I felt my heart rate slow a little. “What’s up?”
I took a deep breath and closed my eyes. “Clint, there was an accident. I was in a car with Natasha and lost control of the steering. I do not know how, but I could not control the car again, and because of that, we hit a pole on the side of the road.”
